Chapter One: Tantra for You

While you can spend many years exploring Tantra’s depths you can also realize some of its intense benefits in a very short time, which is particularly appealing to lovers caught in the hectic pace of life today. In fact, this book is written especially for lovers who are very busy. It shows you that Tantra is a practical approach to intimacy that can have a profound impact on your life, without requiring a great deal of extra time. This Tantra sex playbook contains a detailed 28 day plan with step by step instructions for simple, fun to do activities that will strengthen your relationship and intensify your sexual/spiritual connection. The exercises are quite short—from 1 to 30 minutes. On average you’ll spend no more than 20 minutes per day on your sacred loving practice—less time than you may spend watching a TV sitcom or the evening news. Once per week there are longer lovemaking periods in which you reap great delights from the skills you’ve been learning.

Chapter Two: How To Use This Book, gives you brief and direct instructions for working through the 28 Day Plan.
Chapter Three: The 28 Day Ecstasy Plan contains the step by step ecstasy plan, with specific exercises for each of the 28 days. We teach you how to engage in non-goal oriented lovemaking. The purpose of Tantric sex is union with the beloved through shared pleasure—not the pursuit of orgasm, although you’ll certainly experience many of them.
Chapter Four: Tantric Loving Step by Step explains the eight elements comprising an extended Tantric lovemaking session. You learn how to make love for several hours, during which time both lovers can naturally become multi-orgasmic.
Chapter Five: Ecstasy Recipe – Your Joyous Steps to Bliss suggests 50 specific activities to engage in during your extended Tantric loving time. This section is a “recipe” for sexual/spiritual ecstasy, independent of how long or short the session may be.
Chapter Six: Continuing Your Practice provides guidelines for carrying on your Tantric practice over the course of your life together.
Chapter Seven: The Essentials: Plus More Positions for Energy Exchange, illustrates ten superlative intercourse positions for ecstatic connection.

This book emphasizes action rather than ideas. It’s a companion playbook to our book Soul Sex: Tantra For Two, which is much more detailed in its treatment of Tantric concepts and their role in relationships. This book is short and directly to the point—to encourage you to actually add the practices of Tantric sacred sexuality into your active lifestyle. Just reading the book won’t help you much. To receive the benefits of Tantra you must do four things:

First, act in spite of any residual shame or guilt about sex that you may carry from previous experiences and conditioned learning.

Second, give yourself permission to experience pleasure.

Third, open your heart to give and receive love—and reopen it each time it closes, again and again.

Fourth, actually practice the exercises and apply yourself to the activities that we describe.
If you do these four things, then the exercises in the 28 day plan, although short and simple, will have a cumulative effect of transforming the quality of your relationship. You are not required to give up the way you currently make love, or anything else important to you, including your values or beliefs. But by the end of the 28 days your life will have changed, sometimes profoundly for the better.
