Policies Regarding Shipping and Refunds

Customers can contact 4 Freedoms with any questions about order fulfillment at the following telephone numbers. We return all calls.

Business working days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and Canadian statutory holidays are not considered to be business working days.

Business working hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST or EDT Monday through Friday. Our time zone location is Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Consult any time zone calculator on the Internet to find what time it is in your location in order to call us during regular business hours.

If no one is able to take your call, please leave a message on our answering service. Speak loudly, slowly and clearly, especially when saying your first and last name and when leaving a phone number where we can return your call. Sometimes people speak so rapidly and because of poor phone connections we cannot get your name and phone number and cannot return the call. If more than 24 hours passes and we have not returned your call, please contact us again, as we did not get your message.

ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING - ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS

All electronic products are delivered immediately upon receipt of the order and acceptance of credit card payment. Orders are fulfilled through an automated script. This script sends an email to the customer with instructions for where and how to download the electronic files. Note: many of these electronic files are large files and will be difficult or impossible to download with a modem slow speed Internet connection. Customers are responsible to access a high speed connection to successfully download these large files. 4 Freedoms assumes no responsibility for the customer’s Internet connection speed and file download efficacy.

Electronic files are delivered to the email on record as recorded on the order form. 4 Freedoms assumes no responsibility or liability for bad email addresses. If the customer contacts 4 Freedoms and supplies a corrected email we will deliver the order within 24 hours (1 working business day) after receiving the correct email address.

Many emails are caught in spam folders. 4 Freedoms assumes no responsibility or liability for delivery of electronic files by email if those emails get deleted by the customer’s spam system, or the spam system used by the customer’s service provider, whether the customer knows about the spam filters or not. We will make every effort to resend emails with download instructions until they are received by the customer, but take no responsibility for how long that process might take. Alternatively, the customer can call us and we can provide the download instructions by phone if it proves impossible to get an email to the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to add the following 4 Freedoms email addresses to their email friend’s list in their email client software (for example Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.), and/or to inform their service provider to accept our emails for delivery, so they do not get deleted by their spam folders.

ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

All physical product orders (for example CDs, DVDs, books, etc.) will be shipped within 48 hours (2 business working days) after we receive the order and credit card payment has been accepted.

All physical products will be shipped by regular ground postal mail unless other arrangements have been specifically agreed to between the customer and 4 Freedoms. Different shipping methods will incur additional shipping charges as agreed to for each order.

Once the item has been placed into the care of the shipping agent, if anything happens to the shipment, the customer must recover through the shipping agent. 4 Freedoms assumes no liability or responsibility for safe delivery after the item has been placed with the carrier.

Delivery times for shipped orders cannot be guaranteed, as this is not under the control of 4 Freedoms, unless courier services are used at an extra charge. All items sold by 4 Freedoms normally ship through Canada Post from Pembroke, Ontario. Regular ground postal deliveries within Canada normally take from 3-14 business working days, depending upon the location within the country. Delivery to locations within the 48 contiguous United States normally take from 7-21 business working days, depending upon the location within the country. International shipments can take between 4-12 weeks, depending upon the country, that country’s postal service, and customs delays.

REFUNDS

Full refunds will be issued for any merchandise that is defective, unless that damage was caused by handling with the shipping agent. If 4 Freedoms cannot ship the physical product within 48 hours (2 business working days), the customer has the option to request a full refund, or they can accept later delivery. No refunds will be granted for any other reason other than the items were defective and would not perform as advertised by 4 Freedoms.

RETURNS

To return a product you must get advanced approval from 4 Freedoms. Without that approval we will not issue refunds for any returned merchandise.
